Pricing Guide

Architectural Rendering Pricing built around your scope.

We do not use one fixed price for every project. Pacific Render Studio creates custom estimates for architectural renderings, architectural visualization, exterior renderings, interior renderings, 3D floor plans, animations, 360° tours, and developer marketing visuals based on project scope, detail level, timeline, and final use.

Projects typically start from single-scene visuals

and can scale into complete visual packages for pre-sales, approvals, websites, investor presentations, brochures, and real estate marketing campaigns.

Important pricing note Most projects are custom — and so is the final price.

The numbers above are starting points, not fixed final rates. Architectural visualization projects are usually priced individually based on the exact project type, drawings, number of views, detail level, modeling requirements, revision scope, timeline, and how the visuals will be used — marketing, pre-sales, approvals, investor presentations, websites, or full launch campaigns.

Pricing FAQ

Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

Quick answers about architectural rendering pricing, custom estimates, visual packages, revisions, timelines, and how Pacific Render Studio builds quotes for developers, builders, architects, designers, and real estate marketing teams.

Most architectural visualization projects are custom. A single exterior rendering, a full developer launch package, a 360° interior view, a dollhouse rendering, and a project sales website all require different levels of modeling, styling, detail, review, and production time. Our starting prices give you a clear budget reference, but the final quote is built around your exact scope, timeline, drawings, number of views, and marketing goals.
Yes. We often create custom rendering packages for developers, builders, architects, and sales teams. A package can include exterior renderings, interior renderings, 3D floor plans, 2D marketing floor plans, architectural animations, 360° views, dollhouse renderings, and website visuals. Package pricing is usually more efficient than pricing every single asset separately, especially when the project needs a full marketing or pre-sale visual system.
Absolutely. Pacific Render Studio works with developers, builders, architects, and real estate marketing teams on larger residential and commercial projects. For larger developments, we can usually create stronger package pricing and a more complete production plan because multiple visuals, floor plans, animations, 360° scenes, and website assets can be organized together.
Yes. We also work with smaller projects, custom homes, single scenes, small builders, interior designers, homeowners, contractors, and early-stage developments. We always try to recommend the most useful scope, not the most expensive one. If a project only needs one or two strong views, we will tell you that and help keep the price practical while maintaining quality.
Pricing depends on the number of views, project size, modeling complexity, whether a 3D model already exists, material and finish information, landscaping, site context, interior styling, revision scope, deadline, and final use. A visual for a quick internal review is different from a polished marketing image for a website, investor deck, billboard, brochure, or pre-sale campaign.
Yes. Stan can advise which rendering angles and visual assets make the most sense for your project and task. For example, a builder may need a strong front exterior, rear yard view, and material-focused angle. A developer may need hero exterior renderings, unit interiors, amenity spaces, 3D floor plans, 360° tours, and website visuals for pre-sales, marketing, approvals, or investor presentation.
In many cases, we can provide a pricing estimate within 24–48 hours after reviewing your drawings, project scope, references, and timeline. Smaller projects can often be estimated faster. Larger development packages may require a little more time so we can build the quote properly and recommend the most efficient visual scope.
Revisions are usually included as structured review rounds, depending on the project scope. We separate normal review feedback from major design changes. If something needs to be corrected because of our production mistake, we take care of it. If the architecture, materials, layout, or scope changes after production has started, we will explain any additional cost clearly before moving forward.
Yes, most projects start with a deposit so we can reserve production time and begin modeling, styling, and rendering work. Deposit terms can vary depending on the project size, client relationship, timeline, and total scope. For larger projects, we can structure the payment schedule around milestones.
Usually yes. 360° interior views, 360° exterior views, architectural animations, fly-through videos, and cinematic reels have different production requirements from still renderings. They may be priced separately or included inside a larger marketing package, depending on what the project needs.
Yes. Pacific Render Studio can create project sales websites, landing pages, galleries, floor plan sections, registration forms, SEO structure, and buyer-facing presentation pages. This is useful for developers and builders who want renderings, floor plans, website design, and marketing visuals to feel like one complete system.
The most useful materials are architectural drawings, elevations, floor plans, site plans, 3D models if available, finish schedules, material references, interior design direction, landscape references, example images, branding materials, timeline, and a short note explaining the goal of the visuals. If you do not have everything ready, send what you have and we can advise what is missing.
