We developed this project for 1850 Edwards Dr., Point Roberts, showcasing a modern duplex concept that has not yet been built. These visualizations give buyers and investors a clear view of the potential property, bringing the concept to life.

Each unit features thoughtfully planned open-concept living space, integrated garages, spacious layouts, and expansive windows to maximize natural light. The surrounding environment highlights the coastal lifestyle of Point Roberts—quiet streets, natural landscapes, and family-oriented neighbourhoods—emphasizing comfort and community.
