Modern Townhouse Architectural Visualization

We completed this project for a group of Victoria-based realtors, who requested visualizations of townhome concepts that do not yet exist. The goal was to showcase what could be built on the land they are selling, providing a clear and realistic vision for potential buyers and investors.

Each residence was designed with approximately 2,100 sq. ft. of open-concept living space, integrated garages, and large windows to maximize natural light. The surrounding environment emphasizes urban convenience, access to parks, and family-friendly neighbourhoods, creating a compelling sense of lifestyle and place.

Architecturally, the homes feature clean modern lines combined with warm natural materials, including textured wood and smooth plaster finishes. The result is a sophisticated yet inviting aesthetic that highlights both contemporary design and the character of Vancouver Island living.
