Architectural Interior Designer (Remote)
About the Role
As an Architectural Interior Designer at Pacific Render, you will work on interior concepts for residential and commercial spaces, collaborating closely with our 3D artists and project leads. You’ll be responsible for developing design concepts, creating mood boards, selecting materials and FF&E, and ensuring all interiors are visually aligned with the project’s branding, audience, and architectural vision.
This is a mid-level role ideal for a designer with a sharp eye, clear process, and solid portfolio across various interior styles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and present interior design concepts for renderings and visual presentations
Collaborate with architects, developers, and the visualization team to ensure design intent is fully realized
Select materials, finishes, and furniture (FF&E), aligning with brand and project goals
Prepare mood boards, lookbooks, and reference packages for 3D teams
Stay on top of design trends in architecture, interior design, and real estate presentation
Occasionally assist with on-brand layouts and color palettes for website visuals
Requirements
3+ years of experience in interior design or architectural visualization
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Proficiency in tools like SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar
Strong understanding of space planning, composition, and materials
Visual literacy and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly
Experience with real estate or luxury development projects is a strong asset
Comfortable working remotely, with excellent communication and self-management skills
Portfolio showcasing a range of interior design concepts (ideally with renders)
